|Recommended: NoOsprey apartments — There is not a lot of storage of course with it being a small apartment. Maintenance comes whenever you put in a ticket rather than them scheduling a time that works for you and with your schedule. Did I mention there is a problem with roaches here. They spray for the bugs, but not nearly enough. Being here for a short time we have had the AC unit not work in 100 degree weather on the third floor, the dishwasher is from the 70s and doesn’t work, the roaches, and now the water heater doesn’t work.
When we reached out about these apartments we specifically asked if we could be in a unit with wood floors only because that’s what was advertised. We were put in a unit fully carpeted.

|Recommended: NoLook nice, but poor craftmanship — The apartments look very nice at first glance. The craftmanship leaves a lot to be desired. My remodeled apartment included painting my bathtub and tile. The cabinet doors rub when they open because they were not measured properly. My vents were painted on, so they can not be removed to clean them. I can see day light around my exterior door and feel the heat or air conditioning coming outside my door when I unlock my door. Door jambs were not installed properly so the doors don't open smoothly for my bathroom and closet doors. Poor HVAC. I can smell what my neighbors cook or smoke and the heat air distribution is not equal. Unfair practice of charging for water. No individual water meters. Instead the total usage of the building is factored into a formula, so I subsidize my neighbors water usage. My windows slide down if they are not locked in place. The carpet is really cheap in the bedrooms. It does not wear well. And the rent continues to go up 100 a year.
|Recommended: NoWas fin until a couple of months ago... it's been all fucked up ever since — I have had bad interviews with them they don't know what money's owed and what moneys not ... they have admitted this to Me but just wanna keep it going... iv aways paid my bills with credit being added but they and I don't seem to hit the right dollar amount .. when at then end off the day... the paper they give me has the dollar amount I say we r on the plus side ...smh
